How to Order

1. Find Your School

Click the Find Your School tab and search for your school's logo, or type the school name in the search bar.

Each school page contains the approved uniform items for that school. To order multiple items, use your browser’s back arrow to remain within your school’s uniform page.

2. Add Items to Your Cart

Select your size and quantity, then click Add to Cart. Continue shopping until you have all required uniform items.

3. Checkout

Our website uses Authorize.net as a secure server to process credit card transactions. Your billing address must match the address associated with your credit card or the transaction may be declined by your bank.

The name Smith's School Uniforms and More, Inc. may appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Shipping Information

  • Orders ship via USPS best available rate.
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery delays may occur during the late summer back-to-school season and holidays.

Priority Mail (2-Day) refers to USPS transit time only. It does not expedite order processing. The two-day delivery window begins once your package leaves our facility.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please monitor your tracking updates carefully.

Please include your apartment number if applicable. Missing apartment numbers may delay delivery.

Common Questions

What if my package is lost?

You will need to file a claim directly with USPS. Each shipment includes insurance through USPS.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately with the correct address. If a package is returned to us by USPS, we will reship it once the correct address is confirmed.

If we contact you regarding an incorrect address and do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Important Notes

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or bundle offers.
  • Custom-decorated or logo items may not be returned.
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
